Resumo: | The present work intends to analyze and understand the strangeness observed in relation to male gender figure in children’s education and it’s unfolding. Based on revisited bibliographical references, as well as on the autobiography and autoethnography contained in the narratives of experiences lived by the author, it aims to reflect on the intertwined universe and particular thought about genders and their conceptions, prescriptions and conflicts in the field of education and, consequently, in other social spheres. The way in which the notion of what is appropriate for each of the genders and their unfolding is consolidated, is thought from the point of view of poststructuralist authors in parallel with the materialistic and naturalizing notion about the sexes, consolidated from biological science, and the discourse is the instrument used to affirm the differences and reinforce them constantly over time. The questions brought to this dissertation stem, as well as the causes and consequences of such strangeness, as a way of revealing how and why it occurs. |
