Resumo: The transformations and oscillations that the supermarket sector is undergoing make organizational changes necessary to increase the productivity and competitive capacity of these companies. In addition to technological innovations to guide logistics and increase productivity, companies need to make use of a range of organizational resources to keep employees engaged, from longer working hours to the use of productive strategies, as a way to guarantee the competitiveness of companies. companies and expand capital. The present research has the general objective of understanding how the speeches and organizational practices of companies in the supermarket sector are configured in terms of controlling the subjectivity of their workers. To this end, we sought to analyze the online editions of the SuperHiper magazine, from ABRAS, from 2009 to 2019, and make a survey of how the discourse around organizational culture is configured, based on the reports linked by the official magazine. This study is relevant because it provides an understanding of how the organizational discourse, elaborated and disseminated by the magazine SuperHiper, aims to control the subjectivity of workers and to extract added value.
