Resumo: The measurement and analysis of the temperature allow controlling the industrial production and provides improvements in the final product, reduction in the consumption of raw materials, fuel and amount of generated residues. Such practice still allows increasing the gain in production. In that sense, this work proposes the development of an electronic system to measure the temperature in industrial ovens. Basically, the objective is to develop some hardwares and softwares of easy installation and maintenance that works with a limitless number of sensors. To simplify the installation and to reduce maintenance costs, the system was divided in three parts - sensor, central control and server - structured in agreement with the number of components and the complexity of the developed functions. Finally, to test and analyze the system, it was tested at laboratory and installed in industrial brick kilns type RAC 220 to measure the temperature profiles during charcoal production. The accomplished tests confirmed the effectiveness of the system and allowed to fit it in order to guarantee the perfect operation in an industrial kiln.
