Resumo: | Unfortunately, the use of geometric constructions as an integral part of the school curriculum, when teaching - learning geometric concepts, is not a frequent practice in Basic Education, resulting in a loss in qualified Geometry teaching. This fact, combined with the need to analyze how a proposed figure, as part of the statement of a problem situation, in the context of plane geometry, can influence the resolution procedures presented by students, will be our focus of approach and performance of this present work. In it we intend to highlight the importance of constructions and reconfigurations of flat figures in the teaching of Geometry, where we will use Raymond Duval's Semiotic Representation Registration Theory as a theoretical contribution. Specifically, the use of constructions and reconfigurations of polygons will allow us to explore the concepts of areas and perimeters, in a concrete manipulation approach, via Pick's theorem or using the GeoGebra program. |
