Resumo: The present study has the objective to reflect on the worker s education, its meanings and policies inserted in a movement of: globalization of the capital; flexible process of the production; intensified exploration of the productive force; social reproduction; merchandise fetishism; and emergence of the organized society. We tried to understand the impact these changes exert on the education and work, since information technologies were introduced. In a context of reorganization of the capital which looks for adapting itself to the new marketing requirements where production is speeded up, the way and worker s periods of education are also changed. A bibliographical survey was done in order to recognize studies based on the dialectic materialism related to the world of work and its changes regarding the productive re-structure. A document research was proceeded in order to analyze the National Program of Stimulation to the First Job which is related to the professional education of young people and their insertion in the work market from 2003 to 2007. This market is very difficult and excluding, facing the offensive of the capital in relation to the work. It leaves the target public at the social edge. In this way, the study has the objective to socially contribute reflecting on the current situation of the global society, where the social phenomena are caused by a historical process, which is marked by the extreme exploration of the capital on the human work, on which there are social choices and political strategies of use and maintenance. We tried to show what these phenomena provoke and, more specifically, what education has brought to the worker on what regards the Professional Education, that is kept and reproduced in the capitalist system.
