Resumo: The main objective of this work is to show, based on the experiences of three interventions in public health field, particularly in the Family Health Program (Programa de Saúde da Família), the possibility of building practices that prioritize the promotion of Mental Health of the infans, crossed by the Ethics Psychoanalysis. Grounded by psychoanalytic theory, we question the transmission´s feasibility of ethical practices that fall outside traditional clinical ways. We saw this is possible, since sustained, as agents of care, the transmission of the idea that ethics means acting from the condition of subjects castrated, that means, create conditions for the transmission of the Law - which prohibits taking the infans and his family as an object supposed knowing all - remaining operative. In this sense, Lacan's theory about function of plusone was important to think of organizing a device that functions as a regulator ethics of intervention, in that it can operate as the updating of the Other castration, making medical and psychological knowledge (university) uncompleted. Further, to discuss the process of subjective constitution that occurs in a time about which we intend to act, we reflect on the role of parental figures, embodied in the maternal and paternal functions, and how they occur (or not) for the subject in time of childhood, which is inserted in the structures of contemporary family, in other words, outside the patriarchal patterns that preceded our generation. In this logic, we question if, along with the dissolution of values and norms that govern the organization of family ties, would have diluted the support of the production subjectivity´s modes proposed by psychoanalytic theory, since, these are rooted in importance of ties established in early years of the baby. We present two cases of interventions with children and their families. These were analyzed from the psychoanalytic method, and made the emergence of narcissistic and institutional barriers that tend to appear when transferring relations are established during construction os projects for care of the subject who suffers. Therefore, we analyze not only the strengths, but also the crisis of work, discussing how these crises always enable the output of a position of mastery to one of the barred subject. We suggest that the care practices, especially those which are directed to the baby and his family are thought as an ethics of desire, which means that, the one that places the subject before his own fault, and consequentially, to the conflict that provides the castrated condition, thus making it, an agent of his own desire.
