Resumo: | This dissertation aims to analyze the jobs of the administrative sector of CEMIG, identify the ergonomic nonconformities, adapting them according to the Regulatory Norm in R17 and its annexes I and II, meeting the required by current legislation and biomechanical standards with occupational diseases related to work in the administrative sector. This study involved 15 operators (dispatchers and supervisors) who work at the CEMIG Operations Center (COS) in Belo Horizonte. The ergonomic evaluation of the COS was performed in three stages: visit to the COS, analysis of documentation and analysis of furniture. The visit lasted a day to the COS to know the environment and to visualize the dynamics of execution of the tasks in the center of operations. The documents: Operational Procedure, Medical Occupational Health Control Program, Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (CEMIG) and Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) are available for the research, these documents deal with COS and are important for the ergonomic analyzes performed in this study. At the Furniture Analysis stage, the photographic registration of the operators was performed in their work environment, performing their daily functions. 10 photos containing COS images were recorded in the sitting position, answering the phone, using the keyboard, performing activities related to their functions, environment and furniture. As a result, the ergonomic risks are mainly present in the static postures of the operators in the COS and the consequences and the artificial climatization. The furniture meets the requirements in order to allow posture variations, allowing sufficient space for worker comfort. The conclusion is that, according to the data obtained and evaluated by this research, general ergonomic conditions of the operational and administrative workplaces meet the items of Regulatory standard NR-17 - "Ergonomic" (Ordinance No. 3,751, of November 23, 1990 MTE) and its Annexes I and II in a satisfactory manner, in the provisions of this standard. |
