Resumo: | This is a master's study, conducted at the Graduate Program in Education of the UFU. You must research problem: as the movement socially organized by the Brazilian deaf community contributed to the establishment of education for the deaf policies from 2002 to 2014? Its general objective was to understand the contributions of socially organized movement for Brazilian deaf community in the construction of 2002 deaf to educational policies to 2014. The specific objectives aims to identify and analyze, 2002-2014: a) Movements socially organized the fights the Brazilian deaf community for the education of deaf people in Brazil; b) deaf education policies in Brazil in the context of inclusive education policies and its dialogues with the social movements organized for the education of deaf people; Understanding the perceptions of teachers who work in teacher education in relation to the struggles of movements of the Brazilian deaf community and its development in deaf education policies in Brazil. It is a qualitative, exploratory study. We conducted a documentary theoretical study the documents and records of the Deaf Movement and national legislation, the State of Minas Gerais and the city of Uberlândia. As study results identified that: a) there was a strong influence of the Deaf Movement in the express achievements in the national legislation; b) the Ines played an important role in policy formation and maintenance of the living sign language among deaf; c) recognition of pounds by law 10.436 / 02 and Decree 5,626 / 05 prompted several actions in basic and higher education that impacted on the lives of deaf people in general; d) there is recognition and visibility of the Deaf Movement strength and their correlation with advances in legislation in the area and; e) the Deaf Movement is alive and articulated to make real achievements expressed in national legislation. |
