Resumo: | This dissertation discusses the work environment and occupational diseases from the perspective of HC / UFU hemodialysis nursing professionals, related to some issues associated with weight / weight transportation, time worked in the institution, quality and lifestyle, satisfaction Work and diagnoses of leave for health leave. The objective of the study was to identify and analyze the frequency of sick leave, of nursing workers (auxiliaries, technicians and nurses) working on hemodialysis, from 2010 to 2015, in order to identify the main problems and common Your professional activity. The study scenario was the nephrology sector and the renal transplant of Hospital de Clínicas de Uberlândia-MG. From the descriptive, retrospective study with a qualitative / quantitative approach, performed with professionals of the nursing team, in January, 2015. We conducted a semi-structured interview and active search in the records of staff leave of the Institution. It was noted through this study that there were a large number of departures (70%) due to diseases according to the International Classification of Diseases (iCd-10). Thus, it is concluded that the difficulties, anguishes and working conditions interfere in the physical and mental health of these workers, in such a way that some difficulties and anxieties experienced by them interfere in the planning of strategies that benefit or minimize the problems and the search Solutions to diseases that reflect their quality of life at work and social life. |
