Resumo: Teachers need training in the area of sexual violence because they deal daily with children and adolescents who may be victims of this phenomenon. Sexual violence has significantly affected children and adolescents, having repercussions in the emotional and physical spheres, damaging the health and integral development of the victims. This study aims to identify training courses for elementary and high schoolteachers on the theme of sexual violence, with the specific objectives of summarizing the findings of the training courses and synthesizing the teachers' perception of the theme, the proposal, and the course's success. To this end, a systematic review was carried out, considering the acronym PICo, defined as (P) Population: teachers trained or in training and school management teachers, of both sexes, who work with adolescents between 10 and 19 years old (I) Phenomenon of Interest: training courses on sexual violence; (Co) Context: public or private education service. Thus the following research question was defined: "How are trainings for teachers about sexual violence?". The following descriptors were considered in Portuguese: adolescent, sexual offenses, sexual abuse, teacher training; and in English adolescent, school teachers, child abuse, sexual offense and teacher training. The search was conducted in the PubMed, SciELO, Google Academic, CAPES Periodicals and ERIC databases, using texts in English and Portuguese languages, in the period between 2011 - 2021. Five articles were included. There are few trainings that contemplate teachers of adolescents, and no courses directed exclusively to this public were found. Given the recognition by teachers that there is a lack of courses to help them deal with sexual violence, we realize the extreme need for continued training focused on this issue. This training, in addition to qualifying teachers for prevention, is also a confrontation tool, because from this training the signs that adolescents are being victimized can be recognized, making it possible to correctly refer cases, ensuring that these children and adolescents are properly monitored.
