Resumo: The National School Feeding Program Aims To Comply With The Nutritional Needs Of Students In Basic Education. The Hygienic-Sanitary Quality Of Meals Furnished In Schools Can Modify The Flatness Of The Preparations Favoring The Existence Of Foodborne Diseases (Dta). It Is Understood That There Is A Need For Instruction That Backs The Regulatory Climate And The Transformation, Through Self-Criticism And Consideration And Observation Of Social Codes, Concerning Subjects Constitutive Of Participatory Management. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Analyze The Effect Of A Training Practice With Managers In The Sanitary Risk Of The Food And Nutrition Units In The School Environment (Uane) Of The Partner Institutes Of The Municipal Department Of Education (Sme). It Is An Exploration With A Qualitative And Quantitative Approach, Carried Out In A Regional Board Of Education, With The Participation Of 78 Managers Responsible For The Child Education Centers With A Model Of Partner Management That Succumbs To The Evaluation
