Resumo: The Works Organized By The French Philosopher Michel Foucault In The Works "Society Must Be Defended" And "History Of The Sexuality I": The Will To Know Certain Have Established Conceptual And Methodological Innovations That Had Repercussions In The Understanding On The Formation Of The Modern States In The Western World. This Is Observed Through The Set Of Productions In The Field Of Human Sciences That Take French As An Essential Interlocutor For Their Analysis. Drawing On Foucault's Theorizing About Biopower And Biopolitics, This Paper Addresses The Issue / Problem Of State Racism As A Potent Lens For Thinking About The Modern Phenomenon Of Mass Schooling.
