Propostas curriculares e o ensino de história nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental na cidade de São Paulo: entre orientações, direitos e currículo

Resumo: The present research analysis the changes and implementations of Curricular Proposals and the History Teaching in the early years of Elementary Education in the municipal public education in the city of São Paulo, according the publications that occurred during the years 2007 until 2017. Thinking that, have investigated curricular prescriptions, interpretations and teaching knowledge related with them in training teacher context. For this propose, the research have developed around two analysis: one comparative analyze of prescriptions curricular based on the Social History of Curricular, considering contributions of Goodson (2008) and Apple (1982) and the analysis of registers made by teachers of JEIF (Integral Special Journey of Teaching Training) investigated through of Bittencourt ( 1997, 2004, 2018), Chaui (1989), Ball (1992, 2002) and Shiroma, Garcia and Campos (2005).Both of analyses was comprehended through of concepts of school cultures (Viñao,2007) and teaching knowledge (Tardif, 2014). For analysis for the place of history teaching and ethnic-racial laws’ influence in the early years was used studies of Carvalho (2014, 2018, 2020), Soares (2008, 2009s, 2018), Fonseca (2009), Mattos ( 2003), Miranda (2007), Menezes e Silva ( 2007) and Oliveira (2003, 2011, 2013). Finally, with based on the results of research, have developed a collaborator document for discussions on training in JEIF with intention to talk with main doubts about history teaching for early years, for contribute with the debate in the areas of Education and of History Teaching.
