Resumo: | This project investigated and reflected about process that made possible the formation from the experience shared between the actors of a CAPS III. It is a research that sought to follow and analyze the practice developed identifying the formation powers. It is a qualitative study with data construction based on the reports of trainees and residents and the use of the focal group technique. The reading process of the reports revealed the participants' creative ability to live the work process. When we come into contact with the richness of this material we decided to listen to them through the focal group technique. The focal group discussion focused on the research theme. Although each step occurred at different times, in the analysis phase the two data sources were analyzed together. The data were analyzed based on the Categorical Thematic Content Analysis, from Bardin. We then proceeded with the results and discussion grouped without five thematic axes: 1. The service favors the trainee and resident the experience of care in freedom, in mental health; 2. Expectations in starting a new stage arise fears, anxieties; 3. The practice lived in the institutional space reveals the potentials and challenges of training; 4. Challenges potentiated if inhibitors of the encounter; 5. Facing the challenges in everyday life. The results demonstrated that the importance of doing together was only possible because we started from a paradigm of complexation of human suffering, believing in people and affirming life as a power. The research points out the relevance of the CAPSs as spaces that favor the formative power, identifying their pedagogical capacity in the construction of the care practice |
