Resumo: The Brazilian public policies that regulate education have pointed to the insertion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the process of teacher training, however, many teacher training courses still do not encourage the pedagogical training of their students for the Use of ICT. Thus, the present project aims to contribute to the initial training of teachers who can work in Professional Technology Education (PTE). Methodologically, action research was developed during the elaboration, implementation, analysis and replanning of the activities of production of digital educational resources, being subjects of the research the students regularly enrolled in a class of the discipline of stage II of the Special Course of Teacher Training of the University Federal Santa Maria. For data collection, questionnaires were applied. The theoretical approach allowed understanding the theoretical foundations guiding the educational practice for PTE, which enables us to trace the development paths of teacher training, with a view to the specific training for the work and to relate them to the current society needs incorporated into digital technologies. The relevance of this research, from the academic and social point of view, is justified by its potential to make teaching processes more attractive and stimulating, mainly because it is allied to the EPT teacher to work a great variety of topics as well as to stimulate the development of the different knowledge. Academically, colaborates for future works in the area and contributes to studies in the Research Teacher Training Line, social, because it is committed with the educational context, and aims to provide to the inserted subjects, the students, a contextualized and innovative education
