Resumo: Nowadays, the technology is advancing more and more, and with this, several interactive devices are being inserted in the day to day of the users and the need to develop and implement new systems with quality increasingly focused on the users. However, thinking about usability, few actually fulfill their role easily and efficiently. This is because many products that require the interaction of users to perform tasks, were not designed according to the need of the user, bearing in mind, but only to perform a certain function. For this, thinking about usability and features to support interaction design for large-scale tabletop devices, adaptations were made to traditional Nielsen heuristics for tabletop context and it was realized validations with users. In addiction, a study case was developed in the context of a real project in order to apply the validation of heuristics in practice. The results of the study evaluation showed that the proposed approach fulfills the objective of solving the identified problem and obtained a positive evaluation by the project team, in terms of interaction and usability in the applied context.
