Resumo: | We depart from the context that societies are in midiatization (VERÓN, 1997; GOMES, 2017; FAUSTO NETO, 2008; 2018; BRAGA, 2012, 2017b), an ongoing process and, therefore, not finalized. In this scenario of complex social interactions, it emerges the problematic of circulation in ever forward flow and the formation of complex communicational circuits (BRAGA, 2012, 2017a, 2017b). That said, the delimitation of the research theme is circumscribed on the circulation of discourses in the mobilization of women #EleNão, a movement that has appeared in the Facebook group Mulheres Unidas Contra Bolsonaro (MUCB) as a form of protest to the candidacy of Jair Messias Bolsonaro in the presidential elections of the year 2018, in Brazil. It is understood that the construction of the #EleNão is in the context of societies in mediatization and also emerges before the formation of a complex ecosystem of digital platforms (VAN DIJCK, POELL & DE WAAL, 2018) and is constituted by the other dynamics of sense production. Thus, we have as main guiding concepts, the midiatization, the circulation and the communicational circuits. In this way, we investigate how the discursive strategies of the #EleNão participants are constructed and which communicational processualities activated in circulation. As an unfolding of the main question we analyze the discursive construction of #EleNão from the circulation of meanings mobilized in different communicational flows. As specific demands, we describe the communicational processuality of #EleNão, we map the communicational circuits triggered around the movement and identify discursive strategies build by the participants of MUCB and Mulheres unidas pela Democracia Santa Maria - RS in the construction of the act of September 29, 2018 in Brazil and in Santa Maria (RS). For this, we propose a methodological construction composed by the following movements: first, exploratory research to contextualize the object and delimit the corpus; second, the indicative character (BRAGA, 2008; GINZBURG, 1989; SEBEOK and UMIKER-SEBEOK, 2004) as well as the analysis of discursive strategies (VERÓN, 1993; 2004; 2013) for the reading of the observables. |
