Resumo: The aim of this study was to assess the perception of well-being of the various stakeholder groups that make up an educational institution. This research is classified as quantitative and will include a field survey. In order to achieve the proposed objective, three dimensions of analysis were defined, based on authors on the subject: positive subjective experience; bonds of trust and reciprocity and; satisfaction of needs and fulfillment of desires. Based on these dimensions, the survey instrument was drawn up and sent to specialists for evaluation, and was also pre-tested. The various stakeholder groups that make up the Instituto Federal Farroupilha responded to the questionnaire, namely: administrative technicians in education, teachers, students and outsourced employees, with the aim of being able to analyze the perception of these different stakeholders in relation to well-being in this institutional environment. By analyzing the results, it was possible to identify that in relation to Subjective Well-being and Psychological Well-being, the stakeholders analyzed have a good perception, although there is room for improvement, while in relation to Institutional Well-being, the average perception presented by the stakeholders was lower, showing that it is a point that should be given more attention by IFFar, even though there is some degree of satisfaction with what is already offered by the institution. At the end, an action plan was proposed with suggestions that could improve and increase this understanding of well-being by the various stakeholder groups.
