Resumo: | The present study, which is based on the theoretical-methodological foundations of Discourse Analysis (DA) of french line and brazilian continuity, aims to reflect on the subjectivation processes of subjects who are in a prison and on the discursive positions they assume. For that, we work with excerpts from the documentary O Prisioneiro da Grade de Ferro (auto-retratos), directed by Paulo Sacramento, which constitute our research corpus and were established according to our objective. This documentary presents the daily life of subjects in the former Carandiru Penitentiary Complex, before its deactivation and demolition. Discursively, we understand O Prisioneiro da Grade de Ferro (auto-retratos) as a text constructed by what is also of the visual order, as a unit of discourse analysis, open to different possibilities of reading that reveal the process of textualization of the discourse. In our movement of analysis, we observe a subject, crossed by ideology and the unconscious, who counter-identifies with the discursive formation that strongly interpellates him in Carandiru – as a Repressive State Apparatus that also works ideologically, assuming differents subject-positions and showing the establishment of the contradiction within the discursive formation, the arising of an enunciative event, its non-uniqueness and fragmentation. From this, we think about the form of subjectivation that we understand as terceira margem, which refers to the constitutive heterogeneity of ideology, discursive formation and the subject. |
