The use of Public Governance guidelines has been discussed in Brazil in a scenario where the role and size of government actions are being questioned, which is directly related to the governance concepts of greater participation by society, greater transparency and accountability. Thus, Public Governance has been used as a form of regulation and control in the development and application of public policies. Therefore, this work aims to analyze whether the Brasil Mais Produtivo Program uses the governance concepts included in its guidelines in the program management process. To develop the study, the methodology used was descriptive exploratory research. The analysis will be limited by the sample of agents participating in the Brasil Mais Produtivo Program, through interviews with the bodies Senai, Sebrae, MDIC and ABDI and a participating company, from 2016 to 2023, in the two phases of the program. Afterwards, a statistical analysis was carried out using the Iramuteq software. The evidence found demonstrates flaws in the use of governance guidelines in the Program, generating a lack of transparency and disclosure of the results found in the services.
