Resumo: | In this dissertation there is a reconstructive analysis of the evidence concept in the book Cartesian Meditation, of Husserl. This analysis is projected in the light of the cartesian thematization reading of this concept made by Husserl. In this point of view, the critical examination of Husserl in relation to the dualist configuration for the evidence concept in Descartes thought acquires fundamental importance. According to Husserl, the way that Descartes proposes to overcome this duality to pursuit a clearness and distinctness legitimation and application considering the representation, correspondence and objective reality concepts, is still in the natural attitude dominion. In consequence of the reaction to this dualist configuration as well as the way how Descartes proposes to overcome it, Husserl phenomenological treatment is conditioned to the transcendental subjectivity dominion, responsible reason for Husserl declaration as an idealist. Thus, even the notions as truth and evidence only have meaning in the investigation field delimited and constituted by the transcendental subjectivity. Hence, the evidence must be viii assumed as value or expressed meaning by the transcendental subjectivity. |
