Resumo: The indicators of continuity in the quality of the product, especially the individual and collective indicators, are the main means of evaluating the service provided by the energy distributor to its customers (consumer units). Thus, it is in the distributors' great interest to maintain the quality of the service provided, otherwise there are "fines" proportional to the number of times and the time that the consumer units are without energy. The amounts in reimbursement to customers are high, financially burdening the distributors. In this work, it is proposed to carry out approaches with the use of external sources, such as battery banks and photovoltaic plants to supply the electrical distribution system in the event of energy shortages and or to strengthen the electrical system. First, a search is made for the set that has the highest amount paid in compensation to its customers and after the search for the substation within the selected set, the SE that has the largest number of consumer units and irrigating rural customer served in class A4 is selected, containing the worst individual indicators. The methodology is based on average daily consumption values and indicator values for the definition of the Energy Storage System - SAE and Photovoltaic Plant - UFV. So that it can be installed at strategic points in order to reduce the indicators to values lower than those established by ANEEL. Finally, the analysis of economic feasibility and payback time through the application of NPV and IRR is carried out. The result showed positive feasibility considering the warranty time of the equipment used and the useful life.
