Preservação e acesso de documentos públicos digitais: um estudo de caso com atas do conselho universitário da Universidade Federal do Pampa

Resumo: This dissertation discusses aspects related to the implications of the implementation of a Digital Archival Repository for the preservation of the Minutes of the University Council of the Federal University of Pampa. The documentary samples used for the application of this work were the Minutes of the University Council of the Institution, for the years 2010 and 2011. The Minutes are documents, sources of proof, which carry the history of the University, so this research is justified by consider the importance of the implementation of a Digital Archival Repository for the preservation of the digital archival documents produced by the Institution, as well as for its access and diffusion. The objective of this work was to implement a Digital Archival Repository at Unipampa. To achieve this, an applied research was carried out, with an exploratory qualitative approach. With regard to its classification, the research can be considered bibliographical, possessing, also, characteristics of a case study. Data collection was achieved by means of literature review, description of the chosen documentary sample, complemented by queries made via e-OUV, in order to diagnose the documentary overview of Unipampa. As a result, the implementation of a Reliable Digital Archival Repository at Unipampa, based on the OAIS / SAAI Reference Model, was achieved through the interconnection of the Archivematica software and the AtoM Access and Diffusion Platform. It is concluded that the University should foster interest in preserving its digital archival documents so that they can be consulted by future generations, without taking risks related to both technological and informational obsolescence.
