Resumo: | Brazilian wine production has increasingly grown in the cultural economic scenario, with an increase in production and the popularization of consumption. The knowledge necessary for quality winemaking in the country is already extremely dominated by producers and wineries, but there is still a need to explore more specific knowledge of the wines produced so that there is a construction of their identity. The typicality of wines behaves as a tracking of specific qualities of wines that refer to their origin. Knowledge of the typicality of the wines produced can even affect the necessary cultural treatments or even vinification to produce the quality already known in other vintages. The purpose of this study was tried to identify the possible typicality and possible interference of the climate in wines produced in wine regions in Rio Grande do Sul, through the analysis of a database of standard physical-chemical analyzes in the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 harvests. Through statistical analysis of the database, it was possible to determine the typicality of wines according to the origin of their producing regions, showing that the regions have physical-chemical patterns of the wines produced. |
