Resumo: |
This study aims to present the digital game Detective-Reader, a tool for the reading of opinion articles, which aims at developing the reading skills of 9th graders. It is a research, of qualitative, interpretative and interventionist nature. The theoretical background for this learning object was based on Kleiman (1993), Silva (1998), Leffa (1999), Huizinga (2014), Koch; Elias (2016), Marcuschi (2017), Roiphe (2017), among others. In the game, there are two opinion articles with contradicting ideas, but they are all written with the same introductory paragraph. The interaction between student-game-learning is present through the multimodality of the game. The learning object was used in the9th grade of the Escola Estadual José de Alencar Cardoso, in Aracaju-Sergipe. The analysis of the performance data of the students in the digital game indicated that there was an improvement in the results of the questions associated to the descriptors of the document Matriz de Referência de Língua Portuguesa (SAEB). As part of a set of pedagogical and systematized actions, Detective-Reader can aid 9th grade students in their development of reading skills and in the education of citizens prepared to the exercise of social practices. |
