Resumo: The Territory construction and the search for the creation of territoriality forms are used in agriculture to give life to new forms-content. Farm Houses, which is the embodiment of identity and productive practice, the emergence of territory and territoriality by Agroecological transition conditionals is as factor that recreates situations and effective actions. This time, the prospect oriented to the local actor and maintenance of its cultural, social and spiritual heritage allows their strategies reverse the technological dependence of social exclusion stigma, which the modernization of agriculture is the main diffuser. As a result, to create Terrirtories, endogenous conditions (internal) allow the occurrence of elements and processes that make it possible to describe the creative potential of the emerging significance of collective and creative actions of rural communities. This aspect is the emergence point of Territoriality Factors as logical rebuilding through social intervention, productive and environmental structures. As a product of Territoriality Factors, the Territories show another understanding, away from the harsh conditions imposed by an economic model incompatible with the knowledge and how we worked on small family farms. This, it points to Agroecology as scientific approach, technical and productive that stand as Territoriality Factor to put in evidence the potential located as ways of overcoming poverty and the negative impacts on nature. A Thesis on screen aims to analyze the nature of Territoriality Factors, taking as a case study the territory experiences by agroecological practice in some rural communities in the Sergipe state. As methodological framework, the thesis concentrated on detailing experiences in Agroecology, individualising the use of unstructured interviews as a source of data, photos and records for explanation of the effects from the Territoriality Factors. Consequently, the screen in research states that the territories are created by Territoriality Factors, which in this case are represented by Agroecology, allowing a path for participatory territory planning.
