Resumo: |
The objective of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of health care in the municipality of Simão Dias / SE from a social and environmental perspective, focusing on the Family Health Strategy Team (ESF) of the Public Health System (SUS). Data collection were realized in the months of February and March of the current year, at health posts located in the villages: Curral dos Bois, Triunfo, Salobra and Pastinho of the city of Simão Dias / Se. The theoretical study was anchored in the historical processes and the consolidation of the program at the national level and in the municipal sphere; in the legal provisions of the SUS that contemplate the communities of the country independent of the regional differences. They are organized based on the articulation of health professionals, who are grouped in the form of a team and this group of health professionals acts in an "interdisciplinary" way in the health posts and in the homes, working on health promotion, prevention and recovery. In this way, professionals articulate socio-environmental issues to the population's health in order to understand the diagnoses of diseases and their relation to the environment. For the concretization of this study was adopted the methodology of qualitative and quantitative research, that through observation and accomplishment of semistructured interview followed by the systematization and categorization of the collected data, (four) family health strategy teams and 35 (thirty-five) users served in the villages as a representative sample of that study. The results obtained evidenced that of the four villages surveyed it was observed: lack of structure with potable water to the population of these towns, lack of investments in basic sanitation, lack of an appropriate place for the correct disposal of waste and that the teams that deal with health issues in these villages need training / training on social and environmental issues to understand health problems as well as directing managers to data managers regarding levels of deprivation in health posts, in order to assist the public management for a more efficient intervention with preventive health actions to be developed with the population of the municipality. |
