Resumo: Contextualized from the technological innovation milestones present in the historical-social relations of Information Science and based on its interdisciplinarity, this applied research, with a qualitative approach, exploratory and descriptive objectives, developed through an action research, aimed at structure the memory Organizaciona within the Union Attorney's Office in Sergipe. Based on the theoretical framework based on memory and its dimensions, knowledge management and Storytelling, a memory management plan was applied through an intervention for the structuring of Organizational Memory distributed in ten objectives generating different memory products. methodology Storytelling, Institutional Memory website, historical video and elaboration of an innovative and unprecedented Structural Synthesis of Organizational Memory (SEMO) model. It was concluded that the Organizational Memory structuring plan and the SEMO model are innovative due to their applied nature, since studies on the subject are under construction and need to be recognized for their scientificity and contribution to Information Science. Its application provided the externalization of tacit knowledge in a dimension that initially surpassed the research objectives. The main protagonists of the process were the organizational subjects who narrated their experiences and legacies. The formation of a joint memory management council is suggested for the elaboration and implementation of policies, norms, qualifications and collegial discussions about the organizational memory, while the institution does not consider the memory management in its strategic planning.
