Resumo: The objective of this work was to perform a multivariate analysis of the soil parameters of irrigated soil with irrigated water from the Sergipe Sanitation Company (DESO) and treated domestic effluent from the Sewage Treatment Plant (ETE) of Rosa Elze, located in the municipality of São Cristovão in Sergipe, and to understand the behavior and variations of some soil parameters directly related to the cation exchange capacity and the exchangeable sodium percentage. The work was carried out in a protected environment located at the Federal University of Sergipe, in São Cristóvão / Sergipe, in the Department of Agronomic Engineering (DEA). The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design (DIC), consisting of three treatments (T1 - 100% treated water from DESO, T2 - 50% treated water from DESO + 50% ETE effluent and T3 - 100% ETE effluent ), with eight replicates. The irrigation depth was obtained using the FAO method 56. The STATISTICA 7.0 program was applied to adjust the multivariate analysis of soil parameters. Three complete soil analyzes were performed: before planting, productive phase and after harvesting, to adjust the multivariate analysis of soil parameters and water quality. The soil parameters T1 and T2 do not differ in the grouping, presenting 2 large groups, on the other hand in T3 occurs the existence of the relationship of three large groups, that is, differs from T1 and T2, since calcium stands alone in T3. The other groups of related attributes are: Ca + Mg, SB, CTC and Ca, and the other is Mg, Na, K and H + Al. The groupings in relation to the water quality parameters of the utility source and the effluent source are different. The relationship of the variables for the ETE Rosa Elze Effluent considering the same Euclidean distance of (1,5), has three main groups: sodium, bicarbonate and others considered in the same group (calcium, magnesium (potassium, magnesium, sodium, sulphates, chlorides, and bicarbonates), and calcium and magnesium in the other group.
