This dissertation aims to map the process of creation in the documentary Cavalo, produced in Alagoas, focusing on the application of the filmic ebó as a tool for artistic dialogue, revisiting scenes and process material, and creating aesthetic relationships based on them. With this dialogue, the research seeks to build a movement between the performing bodies of the three performers in the film and the artist/researcher amidst the narrative of African mythology. Using concepts linked to audiovisual experiments such as Minuto Lumière, proposed by Alain Bergala, and (re)staging in dance/performance by the perspective of Timmy De Laet. The methodology is built along the way as an immersion where the ancestry present in the performing bodies, together with the writing experiences, are interwoven, building a large rhizome of visual and affective memories that result in a network of cartographic creation.
