Resumo: The problem of this research consists on the subjective processes that permeate the experience of the collective health professional in front of a production mode defined by capitalist ideas of the society, taken the precarious working conditions as an axe analysis. The interest in the subject starts from researcher’s reflection related to the conditions of life and work of professionals in the Unified Health System (SUS) in different areas of activity: assistance and management. The work has an ethnographic inspiration and the analytical material corpus that supports the study consists on a file containing accumulated reports on the subject during the course of a professional career of ten years in the SUS in Sergipe. This file is the product of a field exercise that was not properly consolidated as a diary, but as a memory record of interactions or simple systematic observation of the numerous and anonymous actors of this practice. The study found that capitalism, despite its manipulative density potential corresponds to a social technology that creates, in terms of subjective processes, multiple and provisional affective and cognitive reconfigurations, ahead of tensions experienced by workers because of bad working conditions.
