Resumo: |
This paper consists of a case study on the implementation and practice of the method of inquiry known as Special Testimony of children and adolescents in the Court of Justice of the State of Sergipe. The discussions present here were built on the field diaries written during an internship experience in psychology in this sector. From these memory records and through the methodological proposal supported by the Institutional Analysis, I approach issues that denounce the limits and convergences between protection and violence, especially with regard to gender issues in two analysis plans: both behind the scenes (the history itself and the justification of this investigation model; the organization of the TJSE and the structuring of the multidisciplinary team that performs this function) and the act (as the Special Testimony actually reaches the public to whom it is intended). The aim of this work is therefore to bring to the public how effectively the modernization and humanization of the judiciary has been put into practice within the new investigative cultures, in addition to the legal frameworks for the protection of childhood and adolescence. |
