Resumo: |
Nature became a planetary debate when the notion of finitude of natural resources became evident after World War II. With this acknowledgments, concerns regarding the environmental issue and sustainability have gained ground. To collaborate with the debate above, the general objective of the research was to analyze the dimensions of ethics for sustainability. The specific objectives were: problematizing the limits of sustainability, demonstrate the relevance of environmental ethics for the man-nature relationship and understand the relationship between environmental ethics and sustainability as an alternative for maintaining life on earth. The type of research is exploratory bibliographic. The aim is to contribute theoretically to future researches about the possibility of a future that is ethical and sustainable, considering that the environment is the right and duty of all. |
