Resumo: |
The smart cities purposes is a efficient management of population resources, using daily generated and collected citizens data through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Internet of Things (IoT). Furthermore, the city’s data can be stored, processed and published being accessible to the public, promoting transparency in assets use. Hence IT developers can use this data on systems and turn them, supporting citizens on welfare, knowledge sharing, fighting air pollution, economic activities raising, anti-corruption tasks, as well as others benefits. In Brazil, the law nº 12,527/2011, commonly as known as Information Access Law (LAI, in brazilian portuguese initials), ensures the constitutional right for any individual or legal entity to access government information with no need of indicate requirement reasons. Setting the transparency promotion as its main goal, this work proposes an open government data architecture based on ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010:2011 resulting on an Open Data Plan (ODP), and through it, it was possible develop the Open Data UFS Portal, with an initial number of datasets. At last, three open-source libraries, which combined result in a solution for open data publishing, were developed for higher education institutions to assist in the data extraction and publication. |
