The brand represents a very important asset for a company, even for large or small companies, being able to identify products and services. However, despite being a relevant measure to protect creations, it is noticed that the national and international trademark registration carried out by Brazilians is still not widespread, either due to the lack of information, local technical ignorance, unknown costs, among other factors. Thus, it is of unequal importance to disseminate knowledge about the trademark registration process and to demystify to the business owner the previous concept that it is an arduous and costly process. The present study will contribute to the Brazilian society, through the production of a mobile application didactic and accessible material that gathers in a centralized and usual way relevant information regarding the trademark registration process, reaching the largest possible audience contributing to the expansion of innovation in the context of companies and independent innovators.
