Resumo: | The granting of the right to use water resources is a classic instrument of command and control, through which the administration authorizes an individual or legal entity, public or private, to use water from a source for human or animal consumption or for any activity. economical. State Law No. 547/2006 points out that the grant is the act by which the state manager defers the implementation of any undertakings that may require the use of surface or underground water resources, which may alter the quantity and quality of water, in addition to possible release of effluents into water bodies. In view of the above, the present study aimed to diagnose the current grants and demands for the use of water resources in the microbasin of the igarapé Carrapato; verifying, from the current grants, the main users of water resources, and the purposes; in addition to delimiting the physiography of the watershed. For that, a database made available by the supervisory body, FEMARH, was used, containing information on properties, grant models, types of users and flow volume of water resources in the microbasin. It was possible to create a microbasin location map using the Geographic Information System with the help of the ArcsGIS 10.8 Software tool. The results indicate the spatial distribution of grants and demands for water resources, concentrated on surface catchment through irrigation, responsible for the greater distribution of water volume in the microbasin, allowing user conflicts over demands for the use of water resources. From the results, the types of users of water resources were analyzed in a spreadsheet available by FEMARH, the elaboration of a map of points granted in the microbasin of the igarapé carrapato, physiographic characterization of the microbasin, types of grants with their purposes and water abstraction, flow per m3 of water resources on each property and the elaboration of a booklet that will serve as information to users of multiple uses of the microbasin. |
