Resumo: This sutdy analyzes the production of care and the subjectivity of the Community Health Worker having as substrate the micropolitic of their work process. It’s about a cartographic research that proposes to follow the affections, the differential speeds, the flows and connections involved in their distinct ways of operate care. It is assumed that the subjectivity is historical and socially built and, as all health worker, it produces care. It has as source of data collecting the semi-structured interview, the focal group, the direct observation and the workshops. The analysis has used the factors of affectiveness from what were built the marks. The results reveal that the Community Health Workers develop their job between the tension of two distinct and simultaneous logics that live with one another in the reality producing a care sometimes focused on the normative rationality, instrumental and medicalizating, sometimes sustained by a relational warming logic making use of its autonomy to invent new ways of assistance. Despite its caring practice and its warm management, cannot contaminate the team which is trapped by the dead work, set and organized, making the process of productive restructuration harder.
