Resumo: | Present to construction companies the importance of management in the elaboration of projects, intending to improve the project it self, its quality and also to fulfill the requirements of the future users of the space that' s being conceived. It will be established directives for the development and control of a project, as well as the coordination and the integration of many complementary projects. Among the studied aspects, is the fact that construction companies have to face, very often, many challenges, including its survival in an area which becomes more and more demanding and competitive. It was verified that, for some time, quality has been a significant parameter in construction because of the advantages it brings, as reduced final cost and deadline, which are considered very important . It can be confirmed that, in the development of any enterprise, the conception phase, in which are included the preliminary studies and the project, is very important for the quality of the final product as well as for the building process. It is important to remember that quality management is a big step towards the improvement of construction, and can be achieved by the improvement of quality in projects. This way, the construction companies will assure their share in the market. |
