The Quality of Work Life contributes significantly to the individual's well-being, influencing their personal, social and family life. The study aims to identify and analyze action in Quality of Work Life (QWL) promoted at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Campus Fundão. Thus, the Technology Center (TC) was chosen as the focus because it has two departments that invest in QWL programs: COPPE and Decania/TC. The research is qualitative and quantitative, descriptive and exploratory. The fieldwork exposed the perceptions of Technical and Administrative (TAE's) based in TC on actions in Quality of Work Life and its influence on professional and personal life. From the identification of QWL actions in the departments involved in the research, it was possible to indicate ways for the dissemination and projection of the target audience's reach ability. It was concluded that the investment in Quality of Work Life, in addition to providing infrastructure conditions and professional growth, must incorporate the dimension of workers' subjectivity.
