Resumo: Even though Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies are very popular in marketing campaigns across industries, some markets suffer from a lack of study and applicability. This paper aims to create an implementation guide for Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies for the sale of new properties in Brazil. For this, the technologies to be implemented and the Brazilian real estate market were studied. Thus, dividing the work into two major steps. The initial step included in the survey of all possible data for the analysis: the technologies of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality; The Brazilian real estate market and marketing sales strategies; Interviews with professionals. Also, two experimental applications were produced to raise implementation issues. The second stage consisted of analyzing all data from the previous stage. Understanding and categorizing the results obtained from research with people involved in the market, the step ends with the construction of the implementation guide for the Brazilian real estate market. The contribution of this work is the creation of alternatives for the Brazilian real estate sales scenario, considering the advancement of technologies and the concern with more sustainable buildings, reducing costs and avoiding waste of energy, materials and time, and improving the presentation of the project to potential clients.
