Resumo: This research deals with the current changes in the working world, occurring through the production restructuring and reconfiguration of the role of the state, launched in response to the crisis of capital for which it exists in the 70s of the twentieth century, and its mediation in Education Physics. Thus, the study began bringing the concepts of practical work and abstract work, showing that it is a characteristic of capitalist society. We analyzed that to maintain the hegemonic capital will expand its mediation by extending their way to organize life for all and with it causing serious problems for workers and the environment. From this analysis, enter more specific in Physical Education, where we observe the relationship that was historically the dominant teaching project during the prevalence of work organization in its structure Taylorist/Fordist. Also, we analyze the changes that have occurred in recent decades on work and training in physical education, when making the relationship with the general context, to grasp the entire process. Thus, in addition to data already collected in other studies, we conducted interviews with ten employees in the area, aiming to raise more data on the employment relations of Physical Education. Finally, we demonstrate the character of adjusting to the capital that the training area is encouraging and point to the Extended Degree as an alternative training based on the polytechnic, showing a bias critical to the capitalist mode of production and the need for overcome the same. To that end, alerted to the need for advances in the organization of unions for the union of the class struggle of the working class.
