This thesis is the result of the one research about the actual curricula extant in two schools on the boundary between Brasil Jaguarão city and Uruguay Río Branco city.These both school share the same project named Bilingues School Project in the Boundary Projeto de Escolas Bilíngues de fronteira (PEBF). The curricula were analysed as speeches from the Foucautiana‟s point of the view. The national and cultural identity was discussed in the beginning and first curricula of education in Río Branco, and in the initial periods of the Fundamental Teaching in Jaguarão. The speeches processed though the curricula have contributed to guarantee the national and cultural belongs of identity, that sort of identity politics suchlike as the PEBF, the teaching programs in both Río Branco city and Jaguarão city nourish us of the suppose authenticity. We see that these speeches invest in the production of the one will nationality based on in the production of the different cultures created and reinforced by Brazilian and Uruguayan ways of to be. By the way, the difference is the producer and appointed these identities. In the school‟s spaces of the two cities, the Brazilian and Uruguay identities are marked out by the nationality boundary, and by the use of the different languages of the different cultures. The curricula of both sides reinforce the nationals and cultures boundaries through the recreation of steady work of this will of nationality. There is an investment in the curricula for to get an affirmation in the jaguarense and Brazilian simultaneously, in Uruguay there is an investment in the production and maintenance of Uruguayan identity eastern. On the other hand any fixation process of identity happens without conflict. There is always an intermission in which the hybridization shows itself, demonstrated that for more you have to keep out the mixture or the cultural entwine of the boundary, and with his cultural identities an nationals, these glide, scape no matter by the geographic approximation or by cultural identification. The immorable of an integrity identity does not bear up by own cultural condition of the boundary to be a boundary. In this geographic and subjective territory there is no fix identity, but yes a constant put of identity. Though, it is possible to check that the minor differences, to make a differentiate mask and to invest in the symbolic production of acts and nationalist and nationalism rituals, try to damps down the cultural flow, the own hybridism of this boundary.
