Resumo: The thermal environments that workers are subjected to can directly impact productivity. Therefore, it is essential to know the thermo-environmental conditions of the working environment so that actions can be developed to prevent or solve possible heat exposure, thus contributing positively to better performance. Since, the better performance of workers is directly related to the increase of thermal satisfaction, as verified by the literature review. In this context, this research aimed to analyze the influence of thermoenvironmental and personal conditions on worker productivity in a logistics company in João Pessoa, State of Paraíba.This study used a quantitative approach, where two units of this company were selected, one of which was air-conditioned and the other non-air-conditioned, followed by the collection of environmental, personal and worker productivity data. The PMV and PPD for the acclimatized unit were determined according to ISO 7730 (2005). For the non-airconditioned unit, the required sweat rate and the required wet skin fraction were established according to ISO 7933 (1989). The correlation between productivity, environmental, personal variables and methods for thermal evaluation of each unit was developed. A multiple linear regression model was also built to identify the impact on the productivity of environmental variables. According to the results obtained, it was found that for situations with severe thermo-environmental conditions there was a visible reduction in productivity for practically all workers. Thus, it is concluded the importance of providing working environments with adequate thermo-environmental conditions, so that workers develop their activities with their best performance.
