Resumo: | Faced with demands from the external environment, companies must constantly adapt to all changes. They need agility to anticipate and respond to the demands of their customers. Despite the differences in the activities and sectors in which organizations operate, some of these are common to most, such as recruitment, selection and hiring of staff. The general objective of this work was to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of personnel in a company in the branch of semi-jewelry. The present work presents the mapping of the recruitment and selection process. Methodological support was used using BMP with BPMN and the Bizagi Modeler tool, data collection was performed through participant observation. The analysis used the AVA method (Earned Value Analysis), as well as the validation questionnaire developed by Araujo et al. (2018) based on RT ISO 26122, in which it was possible to perform the identification of steps along the process that could be eliminated and even redefined. Finally, through process mapping it was possible to make suggestions for improvements and propose a more agile, optimized, assertive and current process model. |
