Resumo: | The objective of this research was to argue the politics of teaching formation for the field, taking as space of the inquiry the city of Limoeiro, northern wasteland of Pernambuco. I intended with it to investigate the treatment given for the public politics the formation of .() the professors of and for the public schools of the field being related the these proposals to the real contexts of formation. I searched to analyze if these politics aimed at to take care of the especificidades of the field, in view of the conquests and proposals of the social movements that if come back the Education of and for the Field, For in such a way, I adopted a methodology of qualitative boarding, using for the collection of data the documentary analysis and the half-structuralized interview. It has a distance between what one considers in terms of politics and proposals of formation for the field and what in fact is legitimized in the practical one and in the contexts. The Laws, the Plans, the proposals are constructed, but almost nor always implemented. The difficulties and problems of the field, originary of the absence during years of Public Politics, imply today in the necessity to implant a proposal that is of the field and for the field, in valuation and act of contract of qualified and identified professionals with the field, it implies at last in a much more ample project since if it cannot construct a proposal of education of the field without considering the local development and necessities. |
