In this work, we study reflection map germs f : (Cn, 0) ! (Cp, 0), with n < p, where these map germs are obtained by a composition of the form f = ! ⇥ h, where ! : Cp ! Cp is the so-called orbit map of a reflection group G acting on Cp and h : Cn ⇥! Cp is an embedding. We present Pe˜nafort-Sanchis’s result which show that the Lˆe’s conjecture is true for refection map germs. Furthermore, we present some counterexamples given by Ruas and Silva, that in particular are reflection map germs, to show that the Ruas’s conjecture isn’t true, in general.
