Resumo: The body condition of an organism is an important factor when observing its interaction in the environment in which it lives, it is the result of several morphological and physiological processes and acts in the strategic purpose of increasing survival success. Thus, the reproductive system (gonads) and the structures responsible for energy reserves (adipose bodies and liver), when combined with climatic variables such as temperature and rainfall, allow the evaluation of reproductive aspects in frogs. Arid environments such as the Caatinga have climate and water regimes restricted to certain times of the year, influencing the reproductive cycles of frogs. Thus, the present study aimed to compare the responses that the species Rhinella diptycha presents to environments with different anthropic processes in relation to its acquisition of resources and its morphological development, through the relationships of the gonads, adipose bodies and the liver, correlated with the temperature and rainfall accumulated in areas with different stages of human influence, characterized by perianthropic area and forested area, located in the Reserva Ecológica Verdes Pastos – REVP, municipality of São Mamede, state of Paraíba. Anurans were collected through the active search method in the study area. The reproductive and energetic conditions of the specimens were established through the association of measures such as total body weight (WT), gonad weight (WG), liver weight (WL) and adipose body weight (WFB), for the calculation of Gonadosomatic ratios. (RGS), Hepatosomatic (RWL), Liposomatic (RFB) and the Total Condition Factor (K1). The data obtained were tested for normality using the Shapiro-Wilk method, where an abnormal distribution was found. Therefore, Spearman's non-parametric correlation test was used for organosomatic relationships and growth factor, as well as for climatic relationships. Student's T test compared the areas in terms of differences and found p>0.05. The angular regression coefficient showed isometric growth between the specimens of the two areas and the correlation between the gonads and the energetic structures revealed investment in the gonads alternating between the energetic sources. The condition factor in reproductive periods for the species Rhinella diptycha is influenced by concentrating energy reserves in the gonads, converging with the rainy seasons in the Reserva Ecológica Verdes Pastos.
