Resumo: The present research is inserted in the debate about a humanization and an emotional education as to act of ampler form within the classroom and thus to foment a criticism. The study looked at how professionals participating in the training course in emotional education in the city of Queimadas / PB developed a humanization in their teaching practice. The process of humanization was considered in this study as a phenomenon that has developed over time, and which should be present in society, independent of social classes, as well as being an essential factor in life and for life. The concept of humanization is done as a process of continuation, vigilance of the rights and duties of the citizen, of knowing how to listen, of wanting to be good, of criticism of criticism, of readiness for dialogue, of respect and freedom. It is characterized as a competence that is modified through interaction with people, thus mobilizing to "be more." This is a qualitative research, with a theoretical methodological option on empirical training, accomplished through the training of people who are part of the training course in emotional education in the municipality of Queimadas / PB. A research highlighted dialogues with Gonsalves (2015), Bisquerra (2000), Freire (1969, 1987, and 2011), Gonsalves (2015), Possebon (2017) and Damásio (2013). At the end of the research, it can be said that it is an emotional education, like the process of transformation, it is essential in this process, an education that leads to learning to deal with your emotions so that it can be beneficial for you and for those who live together. Its process of humanization is a gradual construction within the classroom.
