Resumo: The research has the purpose of carrying out the CRAS/UFPB Organizational Diagnosis in order to develop an application prototype for mobile device, which enable greater efficiency in following the appointment scheduling at Centro de Referência e Atenção à Saúde – CRAS, of Universidade Federal da Paraíba - UFPB. For that, the study starts from the CRAS Organizational Diagnosis performance, the current model analysis for scheduling appointments and services management offered by CRAS, outlining the profile of the users of our services. Data construction was made due to the observation in loco of the scheduling appointment current model besides the SWOT analysis. For the application modelling was used the Kodular, which is open source. The selected object for the application modelling was the appointment schedule, due to the large volume of enquiries carried out at CRAS-UFPB, as well as, the current way these schedules are made (in printed form) at CRAS/UFPB. The development of a database generation with the information of the users and the schedule appointment was made due to the Airtable, a spreadsheet format programme that keep information in virtual environment. After modelling, a test run was carried out, in which was verified the application funcionality. As results achieved we can mention: users register, more urgency in scheduling appointment and database creation.
