Resumo: | The present dissertation “The Social Services and the Configurations of the National Politics of Trainings (PNC/SUAS): The Challenge of the Permanent Education” aims to analyze the National Politics of Permanent Education of SUAS and its effects on ethical and political principles forecasted in the professional Social Services project. Thus, the hypothesis was that the ethical and political aspects, compounding the National Politics of Permanent Education of SUAS, directly influence the work of professionals of Social Services in the field of Social Assistance. As a profession that acts in the Central Social Assistance Service, the theoretical framework correlates Social Services with the construction of the SUAS of National Politics of Permanent Education in Brazil. There search is consisting as theoreticalinto an analytical-critical characteristic, bringing bibliographic and documentary researchas analytical instruments. This study demonstrated the following results: the main aspect of the National Politics of Permanent Education in the SUAS is to valorize the framework of its workers, in order to improve social assistance services. Thus, their main analytical linespoint to the prospect of training for the work of these professionals, systematically and critically. But, for its effectiveness, all the National Secretariats of the Ministry of Social Development and Fight Against Hunger (MDS) must direct their actions to reach the field of formations/trainings; as well as emphasize ethical and political aspects of professional projects that labor with the SUAS. In addition to the results, regarding Social Services, the construct of this policy must be supported under a careful historicity analysis of the construction of its ethical-political project, so that it will take as intervention object the confrontation itself to the "social factor" on the stage of the inegalitarianism inherent from capitalist system, besides a performer of social policies, but a professional project aimed at social project of human emancipation. |
